“Great day trip from Medellin. We were picked up from our building promptly and learned so much from our driver, Andres. We tasted a bunch of exotic fruits at the market and climbed to the top of La Piedra. Did a private boat ride to learn about the former residences of Pablo Escobar. Had a traditional lunch in the town and then walked the streets and visited a few shops before heading back to Medellin.”

“It was worth every penny to have a private tour with pick up and drop off at our hotel. We really enjoyed getting to know our guide, Julian, who was with us for the entire 10 hour day! The only part that could have been eliminated was the boat ride. It was chilly and, although it was a pretty lake, there wasn't anything that interesting to see. “We left from Medellin . Hotel pick up and drop off was great . Traffic was pretty bad it’s a new tour so I would suggest they leave earlier . They did make up for the lost hour tho ! Keep in mind the alpacas like carrots you need to buy, the pics you see for the Guatape, el Peñol signs are require entrance fees or that you buy something at their establishment THEY ARE NOT FREE! The climb to the top of el penol was ok there are plenty of places to stop and let ppl pass. Was a bit hot take fans and water . There are bathrooms…”
